Beanbagbazaar bags top business award

Earlier this year, Beanbagbazaar bagged the top accolade in the North East Business Awards. The ‘Internet & ICT Award’ recognised our innovative use of web technology and e-commerce to enhance our beanbag business.
We were shortlisted for the Tyneside and Northumberland regional heats and then won the Regional Finals against tough competition to secure the top prize for the Internet & ICT category.
This is exciting stuff for us as we’ve invested a lot into our web, e-commerce and stocking system and we’re utilising a number of channels to reach our target market. What started as making bean bags as a hobby and running out of a garage has turned into a commercialised business with a state-of-the-art stock management system that is fully integrated into the Beanbagbazaar website.
